5 TLB Butter or Margarine
1 pkg. Pillsbury Coconut Pecan or Coconut Almond Frosting Mix
1 Cup rolled oats
4 eggs
2 large bananas
1 pkg. Pillsbury Yellow Cake Mix
(2 TLB flour for high altitude over 5,200 feet )

In Saucepan, melt butter, stir in frosting mix and rolled oats until crumbly. Set aside. In large bowl, blend together sour cream, eggs and bananas.Beat until smooth.. Blend in cake mix. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Grease & flour Bundt pan. Pour 1/3 of batter (2 cups). Sprinkle with 1/3 of crumb mixture (1 cup). Repeat twice with batter and crumbs, ending with crumb mixture. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350º. Cool upright in pan 15 minutes.Remove from pan and turn upside down so crumb mixture is on top.
