6 pork chops
2 T. shortening
1 cup onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 t. dill weed
1 t. caraway seed
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. salt
1 cup water
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in hot shortening. Add onion, garlic, spices and water. Cover and simmer until chops are tender. Remove chops.drain excess fat from skillet,saving onion. Stir sour cream into skillet. When piping hot, pour over chops. Serve over hot biscuits or rice.
